SHIPPING / RETURNS

SHIPPING:

Once your order is fulfilled, we will work hard to get it shipped in 2-4 days. You will then get a tracking number so you can get updates on the shipping status. 
If you have chosen “pick up” we will email you once the order is ready to go. 

Please note that we DO NOT use Canada Post so we cannot accommodate shipping to PO Box Addresses

RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at canyoncandleco@gmail.com with the following information:

1) Your name and order number

2) A photo(s)  of any damage to the shipping box and/or the product
